A 15-minute grace period applies for all arrivals. After the timeframe, appointment will be cancelled & a new one must be made. For rescheduling, we kindly ask that you do so within a 24hr time frame; Otherwise, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied. NO•SHOWS are subject to being charged half of service or up to full amount. There are no refunds due to the nature of our business. Deposits are nonrefundable & go towards scheduled service. No deposit = No confirmed appointment • Our standard mobile service area includes locations within a 25-mile radius of downtown Atlanta. Services requested outside of this area may incur an additional travel fee. This fee will vary based on distance and will be communicated and agreed upon prior to confirmation of the appointment.
